Presenters will describe the process for setting up a Makerspace at a school site and district wide. They will share resources and documents to help others get started setting up a Makerspace. Discussion will include choosing a space, selecting items for the Makerspace, budget, purchasing and the management of the space. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of the presenters and collect their contact information so that they can ask questions at a later date. Participants will leave with a variety of ideas of items to incorporate into their Makerspaces and the resources to help them get started.
